Touch Biometrix, the disruptive fingerprint technology company,
have welcomed Toru Sakai to their engineering team. CEO Mike Cowin said “this is
perfect timing as we now go to market with our first product. Toru has many decades
of experience in technology transfer and industrialisation of thin film technologies to
manufacturers in APAC.” Toru’s experience includes working for Philips, Samsung and
Amazon Liquavista. Toru said “I’m very excited to be joining the company at such a
pivotal time as we drive towards entering the market with our first minimum viable
product in 2021.”
